Our History

 

      Brian Stacy founded stacyIT after spending 35 years in the IT industry as a consultant, manager, and systems engineer; designing hundreds of ITSM systems for customers, from small business to the largest corporate enterprises. After installing his first Help Desk system in 1981 on an IBM mainframe, Mr. Stacy worked for a number of the largest companies in the IT industry, including software manufacturers and software partner resellers. The experiences of working with hundreds of customers over those many years helped Mr. Stacy develop unique strategies to simplify complex corporate business processes into intuitive ITSM systems that are based in the industry leading ITIL framework, but usable by even the smallest of Small and Midsize Businesses (SMBs).
